Hiring strong engineers is one of the highest‑leverage activities any technical organisation takes on. It is not only about spotting framework knowledge; it is about recognising judgement, communication, curiosity, and whether someone is likely to improve the wider system they join.

Below you will find a subset of articles from my blog specifically about Hiring. Although this is a topic I've been working with for many years, it's fair to say that I've not written about it often. I've only managed to publish three articles about it, which you can see and read below.
